Prices on the website and currency exchange

All prices on the website are in Euros including spanish VAT of 21%. In countries where the currency is not the Euro, we will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the day.

VO/MA sends orders with different companies depending on the destination and the urgency. We work with Correos Express, Nacex and DHL.

Payment security
We accept payment via VISA and MasterCard. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, expiration date and security code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.



For any return of a product the period will be 14 days since the reception date. We do not change sizes or colors, so if you want a different size or color you will have to return the order and make a new one.
Here’s how to make a return:

2. Insert the return sheet into the package with the product/s that you want to return (NOTE: Must be in their original conditions and package).

4. Once we have received the package and have looked over the content, we will proceed to the refund.

NOTE: Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded unless the case of a refund for imperfections, bad conditions or wrong product. In any of these three cases, you have to scan the ticket of the amount of the refund and send it to indicating the order number (the amount will be refunded together with the refund of your order).
